The apartments in the Umbrian countryside, are named after notable places in Umbria. Prices vary depending on the size and season, ranging from €50 to €120.

The Orvieto and Assisi apartments are located on the first floor and each features a private kitchen and a balcony. The Todi and Narni apartments are on the ground floor and have direct outdoor access.

The house features a large garden with various terraces and seating areas offering views over the surrounding valleys. There is an outdoor grill with a pizza oven, and the garden provides space for ball games. In summer, the highlight is the 14 x 7 m swimming pool.

Guests are welcome to use the spacious communal kitchen, where fresh water and small delicacies from our vegetable garden are always available. The large former cowshed, converted into a living area with musical instruments and a bar, provides a cool retreat for those seeking shade. Here, you can mix an Aperol or taste a regional wine. In the conservatory, you can read, paint, or play table tennis.
